Building your Trust
At Techsophy, you will have access to the team and process. It’s part of our commitment to transparency.
We would want you to discover that you have in us a team that’s constantly exploring and reveling in new technologies and new ventures. That it’s a team that’s enthused about building innovative products and enjoys the challenges of rendering a strategic objective into a finished product and UX that mirrors that objective neatly. It is these interactions between us that build and keep the trust going.
To give you a good idea of our commitment to transparency, we would like you to glance at a sample bi-weekly update. This may be customized a bit for your exact project, but this sample will show you that it is designed to furnish reassuring proof of progress to you.
Our endeavour, as the Emerging Technologies team at Techsophy, is to offer a relatively low-anxiety experience to our clients even as we deliver the project successfully and on time. We acknowledge the areas of likely worry and devise measures to address them such that it leads to a better experience for our client’s team.
At Hitachi Payment Services, we deploy and manage ATMs at tens of thousands of locations in India. Since our revenue depends on the volume of transactions at these ATMs, we are very interested in their exact locations.
We started working with Viswanath and Ramkumar in 2013 when we were already managing thousands of ATMs whose exact coordinates were unknown to us. They quickly helped us build an android application that allowed our field force to log geo-location data of they ATMs they were visiting and send it back to company headquarters. The quality of their work and the success of the project was so encouraging that we decided to extend the project with them to build a industry-pioneering system that incorporated a mobile phone into the work flow of scouting for new ATM locations. Their technical expertise, commitment to on-time delivery and eagerness in understanding our business needs played a huge part in the success of this extended project.
I must admit that we were a little nervous about working with an external partner on this particular business process since we considered it to be crucial to our success and were sceptical about being dependent on a third party. However, the exhaustiveness of their requirement gathering process, the alacrity with which they built demos and the transparency in their pricing allayed our concerns.
On at least a couple of occasions, they went beyond what was expected of them and what they had signed up for in the contract. One of our internal systems that needed to interact with the tool Ram and Viswanath were building wasn’t built up to their standards, and so they worked with our tech team, investigated it in further detail, suggested changes and even helped us carry these changes out. Being a young company, our time-lines and requirements tended to be a little fluid. They were very understanding of these dynamics and flexible enough to accommodate us within reasonable limits.
I am definitely looking forward to working with them again.
